Refund Policy

Last updated: April 14, 2026

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Audyn. If for any reason you are not happy with the Software, you may request a refund in accordance with this policy.

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who handles all refund requests. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Paddle.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. You may request a full refund within this period. This statutory right applies to the initial purchase of a paid plan through Paddle.

Additional statutory withdrawal periods may apply depending on your region. As Paddle is the Merchant of Record, Paddle handles compliance with local consumer protection laws at checkout.

3. Digital Content Exception

Audyn is a digital product delivered electronically. By downloading, activating, or using the Software, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the download, activation, or use of the Software has begun, in accordance with EU digital content rules (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).

If you have not yet downloaded or activated the Software, you retain your full right of withdrawal as described above.

4. After the Withdrawal Period

After the applicable withdrawal period, refunds may be granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases of:

  • Technical issues that prevent the Software from functioning and that we are unable to resolve.
  • Accidental duplicate purchases.
  • Charges made in error or unauthorized transactions.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Paddle may deny a refund request where there is evidence of:

  • Fraud or fraudulent activity.
  • Refund abuse or manipulative behavior.
  • Violation of the Terms of Service.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request.
  • Contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase, or via paddle.net.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days for card payments and within 48 hours for PayPal. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Free Plan

The Free plan does not involve any payment and is therefore not subject to this refund policy. You can use the Free plan indefinitely at no cost.

8. Model Withdrawal Form

You may use the form below to exercise your right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Completing it is optional: any clear statement of your decision to withdraw addressed to us is sufficient.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
